Do you love video games? I have to say I know so many video game fanatics these days. There's just something about that escape from the mundane. Who doesn't want to take an hour or two and live vicariously through an international spy in some cool new video game? These days the graphics are so realistic that you almost forget you're playing a game at all. One of the most popular game systems is the Playstation 2. I can remember back when I had an Atari. Wow, have things changed since then. Even in jr high when I first acquired a Nintendo, I thought the graphics were amazing. However, looking at the game systems today, like Playstation 2, I may have been wrong. The graphics just keep getting better. Have you ever toyed around with a Playstation 2, or maybe even an XBox? I have to say that I worked at a video chain for a total of about six years, and saw a number of video games get rented out. Over that time, I couldn't help but notice that the Playstation 2 games rented much more than the XBox games. Being the curious individual that I am, I had to ask a young fellow why this was. He shrugged and said, "PS2 just has a better variety than XBox." Well there you have it. This is why Playstation 2 is running the show. Well, that is of course until Playstation 3 hits the shelves. Everyone always goes for the newer stuff.
After playing the Playstation 2 over at my brother's house, I have to admit it's rather addictive. Sure, you sit down to play for an hour or so, but you may not get up for several. It just sucks you in. For some reason you have to reach that next level. It almost becomes personal. Well, if you've never given these extraordinary video games a shot, then it's past due.
