Everything about the college admission process is grueling and psychologically taxing, but little is worse than writing the personal statement for college applications. At first, you think that the personal statement for college will be easy; just sit down and write a few words about what inspires you, or what you want to accomplish, etc. But personal statements for college are never as easy as all that. You see, the fact is that you have probably not had to do much for high school as far as writing is concerned. You could breeze through on the five paragraph essay, and write an endless series of meaningless papers, getting straight A's, as well as they are properly organized and formatted.
