Perfect Prom Dress
Do you recall your prom? You know, that special night back in high school when you were able to stay out at all hours of the night and dance till the sun came up. The fancy limo met you at your front door, and the man of your dreams stepped out with a corsage, and a big smile. This was the best night of your life, right? Ha, that's probably a tad overdone. Okay, who are we kidding; the night was probably nothing like that at all. Prom night is one of those occasions that many kids anticipate as one of the greatest and most memorable nights of their lives. Especially senior prom. However, the late night typically fails to live up to its hype. Not to say that prom night can't be a blast, because it certainly can. You've got the ballroom, the beverages, the lights, the pictures, and of course all those shiny new dresses. Oh and believe me, the dresses are an important part. Which brings me to an important question. Did you find the perfect prom dress on your big night?
Every teenage girl is looking for that perfect prom dress. I should know, I have one. A teenage daughter that is. Not a perfect prom dress. Anyway, the big occasion just flew by and my daughter was in search of the absolute most unique and perfect prom dress that would send every other girl home in shame. You know how kids are. She searched at all the local department stores for this perfect prom dress, but found nothing worthwhile. Then it was off to any and all other local dress shops for a quick browse. Eventually she came strolling in with a big smile on her face. She had finally discovered her perfect prom dress. It was neon green with diamond-like jewels, and cut-outs in the sides. Sound amazing? Well, contrary to the vague description, the dress was a winner. That special Saturday night when she sashayed into prom, she realized that she had done it. She had found and worn the perfect prom dress. No one had anything on this gown. Of course this night turned out rather well.
